Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at +44 20 7946 0958. If your order has not been dispatched or prepared, we will be able to cancel it and provide a full refund. Once an order is prepared, it cannot be canceled.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a return, exchange, or refund for you.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: food products that have been consumed or when the seal has been broken, custom-made items, gift cards, and downloadable products.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
