'GardenLocalMarket's journey began with a heartfelt goal: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi lineage opened this pizzeria in 1985, where it started as a quaint, family-owned spot, boasting recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our pioneer, mastered the pizza craft by learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the homeland of pizza. Following her Italian sojourn, she resolved to bring the essence of true Italian pizza to the UK, using time-honored techniques and premium quality components.
Originally a cozy 12-seat eatery, it has blossomed into a cherished neighborhood fixture, all whilst our fidelity to superior craftsmanship and genuine taste persists. We continue to employ traditional wood-fired oven baking, prepare freshly made dough every day, and seek out the best ingredients available.
'GardenLocalMarket' is still run by the Bianchi family, now at the helm is the second generation guiding our enthusiastic team. Although we've adopted newer innovations, our central mission endures: to craft delectable, authentic pizza that unites people.
